This ground floor apartment of approximately 50 m2 in the center of the farm offers breathtaking views over the valley to the medieval hamlet of Alteta through the floor to ceiling patio doors.  The apartment also features a traditional Italian brick fireplace. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen.

The large double bedroom at the rear gives access to the private garden with a dining table and 4 chairs, which have a view of the pizza oven and the orchard.

Gioachino Rossini, the famous composer, is honored every summer with an opera festival in the Marchegioen seaside resort of Pesaro, his birthplace.
